Add some reverb and/or delay to the vocal sample. It's too clear where the sample starts and stops now.
Make the humming bassline a bit louder.
It's not clear to me why you didn't start using the amen from the drop on. Would have maked the drop heavier. The amen itself needs more variation, and maybe some ghosthits to make things intresting.

The main thing missing in your track is variation I think. After a while it just keeps going on and on the same way. Also the mixdown could use some more work, some elements are really to quiet.
