I recently got a the WAVE L3 where can i get vocals pre-setting for it???

Lol. There's no such thing, since that setting would depend on
- The quality of the recording
- The timbre of the voice
- Probably unwanted frequencies you'd want to filter out

Hmmm... the Waves L3 Multimaximiser? Multiband compressor? On vocals?
You paid 600 euro for a plugin and you don't have a clue how to use it?

I'd suggest you delete all your cracked software and never mention it here again. You have been warned. Mention the use of cracked software again and you will be banned.

Instead take a look at:
- Cubase SE3 (129€)
- Cakewalk Sonar 4 (89€)
- FLStudio Fruity Loops Edition (99€)
- Mackie Tracktion 2 (159€)

All very good and very complete sequencing / mixing programs, complete with manuals, beginner tutorials and good support sites. The best thing is that they have very nice and understandable vocal EQ plugins built in.
