HI
Nice tune
just a few pointers i think mite help
frist of all at the intro maybe a bit of subbass to fill the frist few bars untill the main beat kicks in
also may you should make the break a bit more lounder so that it dose just change all at once , the main tune is nice it just comes in to quick it seem to just jump in.
nice use of chords in it those
on the whole nice chilled out melody with a heavy beat work well just need to break up the tune into part bettter
good work though

fuck him, old skool intellgent dnb is based off the 'nintendo' sound. this got that feel to it.

just the drums can feel a bit limp. needs some punch, will hlep make them more clear.

Hi
felt that this wasn’t throughen together in an afternoon but has had some time and experience put into it, but for me there was nothing to grab my attention regarding new sounds or the like, but I can see you are capable of a good tune and this was full of the spirit of DnB unlike my stuff. Get some gimmicks in it and you’ll be well away.

Right, I can kinda guess what I'm gonna get from the intro. Nice noises in the intro, could do with a little more to fill out though. Sounds ok. Pads could do with a little more interest, sound pretty limp ATM. Random keychange sounds a little dodgy, againn the pads just sound a bit naff, they really could do with more evolution to them. The bass sounds cool though, and helps everything to build up nicely. Never went far enough though, you could've taken this a long way but it never gets there. In my honest opinion calling a tune "Can I get an Amen" kinda suggests that its gonna be a drum programming showcase, fair enough. You can tell from the sparce arrangement that the listener is supposed to be focused on the drum parts which is cool. But you really need to push those drums further. I love tweaked out beats but you really need to do more than piching or chopping, thats all been done before. There are thousands of things you can do with that beat so you should really try to experiment more than you have done.

It sounds like youve gone for the sort of Squarepusher Tundra 4 type thing, but as Ive already said, this needs to go a lot further than it has at the moment. The pads need far more going on to compliment the drum editing, you need more ambiance overall -if youre careful it wont affect the drums at all- to fill out the sound. And you really need to push those drums a lot harder, whats there is good but no where near hectic enough to really grab my attention. You should try and work towards a massive crescendo, gradually adding more sounds and really messing those drums about untill the whole thing sound massive and ready to colapse.

Whats here is alright, but it needs a LOT more work to really work properly as a track. I also think you should either scrap or change that key change.

Cool Techy delays in the intro thjose vocals sound evil.
The drum coming in to it is rather weak however.
Those drums in the first drop are good tho.
Bassline kinda lets them down tho.
That rim and pad combo half way thru does not do the rest of the sequence justice.
I almost fell into that break down maybe give the listener some warning.
Nice trancey drop tho that drop has emotion.
Drums messy in the latter part of the tune

A bit trancey for my likeing, But not bad over all. The sound isn't bad , but personally, I don't think the amen is rolling. It does have a nice change in the feel around 1.30mins, which I dig.
