yo, i need some feedback on my new track 'gingerbeer.' had to take out the main sample in the breakdown, so keep that in mind. but i'd appreciate some constructive criticism. its probably like the 4th track i've ever made, all original, even the amen. so give it a click will ya?!

very nice first drop

havin doubts about the snare

the bassline sounds could be a bit nastier/dirtier

nice track
drum&bass in the 21st century has got me expecting a bit more variation

Good drop. Nice bassline. Quite relaxing break.
Wouldn't hurt to make the bassline more hearable (and I don't mean making it louder).
Put the hihats a bit more up front too.
Breaks defo needs more variation.
Like it, but needs some work.

cool intro verry cool drop, but maybe let the hat roll or ad a shaker because i feel that the rithm was a bit broken. the bassdrum pups a little too. bassline cool.
it takes a bit too long from somewhere around 2.18 untill 3.00. there you should put some more variation and ad some more mood to it. from 3.00 it should become heavier like for example the snare drum. perhaps Put another one over or use just a crunchier one and again some shakers or hats at each 16th.
and indeed more power to the bass. wich is nicely produced.
I think if you spend as much attention to your beats as you do ton your basses, something really really really cool would happen!!!! Big Grin

cheers

yeah i know,i cant even listen to this tune anymore without having a laugh to be honest with you. this was one of my first tracks made like a year ago. since then i have accomidated myself to such tips, and am now working on tunes with plejik, arqer and realtime, and sol.id from monkeybizness recordings. i'll be posting some 96 clips on here shortly of the progression i've made, but thanks for the advice regardless. ;]
