Please check out my new track 'Let Go (Release Her)' and post your comments here!!!
This track's about the pain one has to go trough when betrayed by the loved one.
Took awhile to make because I've had a big crisis. I prefer to call this style emo
drumnbass, and this music really comes from my heart. It's hard to let go..
Hope you enjoy it and cheers to everyone out there
P.S. Review please

feel for ya bro! everyone got through that in some way and came out only to be stronger
this started off promissing, intro has got a tight hold and demands attention, Im liking the sound of the bassline
drops: the beats are thin, kick hasn't got much power, dont like your choice for the snare
and thats about my only gripe. everything else I pretty much liked- synths sound good, I especially liked the high one which could do with some filter action. bassline could be a bit heavier, try layering with a sub. distant slow beats have some nice touches, like the sweeps. not too sure about the flute, its cool but I'd use it more sparingly
all in all you got some good basis here for a killer tune. the execution (mixdown, sound choice etc) could be done better

How many of those samples did you make?
Its excelent synth sound, and alot of em!
Do you sample your presets? Ever tried makin sample cds before?
(*then he hears the drums come in*)
Snare reminds me of wood... Ive got a tendancy to use synth snares all the darn time :S
3:20...
oh man, i hope a lead comes in!
no metal guitarz i guess, its cool how you got a bit of ethnic stylez in here and it works! Even if it was expressions of pain, i dont feel pain from it wen i hear it.
Ill listen to it again now...
I luv the drumless parts most because dnb aint my main thing.
Still its lots of complex drum works and goodzorz.
9 / 10 - (?) its quite difforent to me so i have to focus like hell not to be predjudice... wait!
Send me a midi of the medolic scores and ill make a total remix just 4 u!
it will be totaly diff and non dnb, if u want me to id do that 4 u, just send up the flp or a midi for the sake of scores.

i really like this track. I feel it all the way, but i dont know about that one instrument (can't think of the name of it) but it reminds me of Enigma and thats not a good thing. Otherwise this track spanks some serious ass

Thank you guys for the reviews. Yeah it does sound really screwed up time from times, but you haven't
heard it BEFORE I cleaned it up
I made the track from my 1 year old sketch which has been laying around
and was too lazy and tired to make serious changes about it so that's my "excuse" for blurry sounding
Cheers, thanks, life rules

My Personal opinion on this track is that it's PERFECT. At least for me. I can listen to it for ages, like only a 4-5 other tracks, that can raise my mood a bit.
dYz, this track of yours is my favourite, after Amazonas, Fly Away and Tears, of course !
Personally i don't want to write a review, since my opinion is simple: perfect.

i got a lump in my throat just listening to it
very good track man. apart from some of the flutey howling sounds, went a bit to far i think.
melody = top draw. how much of the drum track was yours man? i dunno how you get drums like that.

Really great tune. I love everything about it except the pan flute - I'm sorry but Enigma and several Amiga MODs ruined that sample several decades ago
Anyways, I think the only thing you should improve on beside that is the mixing of the song. When everything kicks in at around 1:30 it all sounds a bit muddled. If you manage to get this tune crystal clear you have a hit on your hands at least in my ears

nice work! Melodies are great, I've always liked long melancholic melody-lines. Not really a tyoe of sound I like but close. I'd say replace the panflute with another flute, (check out kong audio's chinee-erhu, a very usable demo) or change it (distortion, bit-reduction, filtering)
As said, getting it clearer wouldn't hurt, if you can at the same time make it feel dirtier, then you have a winner imo.
very nice one, actually it's one of the better ones I've ever heard on here.

you should know not to trust anyone... espically chicks, if its a chick.
should of let it out in the darkest form possible. not emo
nice intro sounds. drop is alright althugh there needs to be more bass p0wer i believe. drums are fairly nice. and they high pitch sorta synth above it all is nice. ooo the azn flute sounds fit well. nice work there.
fairly cool arrangment and sounds... sounds are alright, not my choice in sounds, but they work. nice use of effects. second break is cool same with the drop.
im havign a sneezing fit now. so im gonna cruise. good shit.

It has the pro feel but Sounds a bit standard, unchallenging, and safe
Some big crash cymbals would give it some more power.
And a bit of variation on the beat would please me.
The lead sound that pan pip sound I feel is a bit of a has been.
But this track is good
