Ok here's my problem
When I started turning i bought new needles at theys here in Leuven. Almost the second I started using them, one of them wasn't working correct (my right deck gave less sound on the right side but when I switch the needle plus element on my left deck -> sound is less on my left side) but at the time lots of my stuff didn't give good contact and at the time I didn't think it was my needle. But I fixed all that but still that one side gave less sound. So maybe my needle was broke so I let it check for that and it wasn't broke. The guys said it was my headshell that was oxidated too much. FUCKING SALESTALK !!! They wanted to sell me a 40 euro headshell and when I got another headshell that I knew was working perfect the problem with the needle stayed! So no help from them!
Frustration grew and I got to know more of that stuff how those things work. I started to switch everything that there is to be switched, from decks to diffrent channel using on my mixer to headshells, elements, needles really everything! my conclusion that one element is broke. Either peeps didn't believe me or didn't understand what it could be so one nice guy offered to come and take a look at my decks and stuff (you know with the attitude of aah we will help this girl and fix the problem in a minute ,probably some wire wich is wrongly connected) And I thank the guy to come and take a look! But he didn't fixed it, he had to follow my conclusion that the fucking element is not working correctly.
(All the time I mixed with this problem but my boxes are connected both left so you don't hear it there only on my headphone, but you know those little leds on your mixer that indicate your input from the needles-> less on the right side)
After the so many 'est time I went to the fucking store I am again soooo angry caus still they say it isn't the needle, but I have a working one that works on both of my decks on every fucking channel!!!!

Like previous time they went like this when testing the needle: hmm indeed the sound is a bit less but that could have to do with the record that is on... -> wtf! ok like every record of mine has that problem now
So what they said, bring all of your stuff, mixer , decks ,... here and we will check it, like I am a transportationvan????? grrrr It's like first they want to sell me a headshell, now they say it is something with my other gear....
The thing is they don't believe me, they act like I am a naieve girl who knows nothing about all that stuf, they are making me ridiculous.. you would get angry for less...
I've spend 45 euro on a needle that never worked correctly, they wanted me to spend another 40 on a headshell that I don't need (two times!!! cauz i've been there several times in the last half year)
Why are they so stupid, don't they realize that that it's bad advertising to act like that?! Do they really think so high of themselves that they know all about that stuff? Damn I told the fucking guy that he was looking down on me (in other words) cauz I'm a girl and he even admited it!!!
How would you feel just becauze you are not a guy you would make less a good dj or know less about the technical aspect of taking care of your gear-> aint fair to judge people on that kind of basis
THEYS AT DIESTSESTRAAT LEUVEN SUCKS !!!!!! I know that everyone who asks me for a store for gear I say don't go to theys!
plus I've just tested the needle on a very old pick up with no mixers in between, no effects nothing just plain old pick up - aux stereo- boxes so I'm 200% for sure
Now I don't wanna go to theys anymore for sure, I know there is a shop across the street but they don't have the ortofons om pro's in stock and are more expensive when they order it for me, and I need it before the end of the week, anyone knows where I can get needles exept in theys and the one across it?
