A bit of a weird question, does anybody know what frequencies are boosted by the bass boost on personal CD players etc? Im curious because any profesionally mastered CD Ive listened to does not distort when listened to with this function on, it doesnt sound right but not distorted. However when I listen to any of my own tracks with this function on it starts to distort. Any ideas?
