Why don't you try to process the samples you already have, so you can learn how freqs and drums work?

yes...do you think the amens you download today sounded like that when they came off the vinyl? hell no it sounded like shit, but it was mastered by pro after pro over the year (even had to be panned to the center) and now you get a nice clean version.
