FiberlineAudio.com & BijouBreaks.com Present:
Kemek - 'Shibuya Acid' Remix Contest
Contest Runs Nov 15th 2005 - Jan 15th 2006
Fiberline Audio and ::BijouBreaks:: have teamed up to bring you a special opportunity to remix one of the labels newest Breaks producers, Kemek aka The Dope Computer. 'Shibuya Acid' is an explosive acid breaks track set to rock dancefloors from San Francisco to Birmingham. Create the winning remix of 'Shibuya Acid' and win a Fiberline Audio recording contract for the remix, along with a host of other prizes.
About Kemek
Kemek has been making music for well over a decade. His first release was the acid house EP recorded as the 303 Terrorists with Thad Jones back in 1993. But it wasn't until Kemek hooked up with San Francisco label Silent Records that things began to take off. A number of singles and albums were released under a variety of names including the aforementioned 303 Terrorists, DTS, and Deeper Than Space.
After moving from his native San Francisco to Los Angeles in 2001, Kemek threw himself full-time into breaks. Music production and DJing took precedence and soon he was able to launch Dope Computer Records. The first release, "Future Modular"/"Are You Now?" was a success, leading to the release of "Angel Dust"/"Room To Breathe" on San Francisco imprint Muti Music as well as the remix EP, "Remixing The Dope Computer." His most successful release came in the form of "Let Yourself Go," an exclusive for Hyper's second Bedrock mix CD and LP, Fractured.
Kemek is a former resident at Los Angeles breaks night Boom Box, has played at Dragon Lounge in San Diego and at various locations across the US, Canada and Japan.

yeah brisbane has a pretty cool dnb scene im pretty sure. they should have gigs all the time... just a short trip for you. how long have you been on the gold coast??? gold coast would have heaps of hotties around this time. ooohhhhh yeeeaaahhhh

london one of the melting pots of music internationally, always has been along with others.
its a great country but as the world is there are cunts all over the globe and england is no exception by far, not dissin my own turf but there is a streak of society that'll never see the bigger picture or so to speake.
