Im guessing you want ones with an english translation. Ninja scroll is full of wicked samples, its a manga film and its a fucking ace movie. Most films have got good samples in them though. Chech out Badmovies.org, loads of samples from random shitty films.

Im a massive fan of Japanese cinema! 
Shogun Asassin is a combination of two babycart movies. There are five in total I think so you could check out the others for more of the same.
Here's a list of some of the Jap films I own & if you're looking for dark shit there's guaranteed cool ass samples in all of them.
The problem is I never, ever watch with dubbing - so I couldnt tell you which ones have an option english soundtrack.

Alright, my bad,
I think my favourite Japanese film has got to me Seventh Samurai. Its pretty old school but its such a good film. Dont think there are any great samples in it though

I think the lines have all got a bit blurred, Manga seems to be a generic term applied to all animated Japenese films because of the large company called manga. However films that arent released by Manga entertainment are still refered to as manga. The correct term would probably be Anime, but more often than not all Asian films are incorrectly refered to as Manga. Its a brand name, like hoover, or selatape.
