er.thats a bit vague....techstep or dark step are just sub genres/styles of dnb. your basically asking people to give you the elements to make a tune, which is fair enough but you could try using your imagination, along with your sampler or synths. D.I.Y. is the watchword!! which is what they did in the first place. otherwise just check this.....
