thanx for the comments so far 
i've put a different sounding version online now.
Bassline is more subtle and those distorted bass stabs dissappeared which leaves more dynamic range for the bass. (i guess :/)
anyway, it sounds a little bit better now

Nice and smooth man! Nice drum choppin too. I feel like you kind of killed your vibe when you dropped the piano out. The trill fill with the bell isn't working for me either....I really liked the 1st minute but not the rest, sorry.
