lovin the intro synth.
then comes into a crazy synth. the beats are cool. tis all abit crazy for me. but some nice effects n stuff. get even more crazier. strange bass activity goin down. its all too much for me to analyse. production is good though.

it was too much for me to make. less then 2 hours work and i SO burnt out. some of those strange sounds are the drums going so fast that its like a frequency after.
again anf0 D, about ur avatar:
Did you know some parts of the human body are sexualized by culture?
I am always under-estimateing how much culture and the media effect my sub-contious and contious mind
weird huh?
(guitar-like-lead was 0sc3 + Amplitube... love that amplitube

alright dude. Loving that guitar sound ing lead. Sounds really good, amplitude you say....hmm. There are some nice things going on in here but I think you should put more than 2 hours into this to get it to sound really good. Some of the drums just disappear in to the mix and a lot of stuff seems to clash. It all ends up sounding a bit muddy and undefined. The pad sound is really nice, what you using for that, Absynth? I think it is far too short too. Maybe where its fading out at the moment have 30 seconds or so of ambiant build up, then drop in a really massive bass line, thiken up the chords and have a blisteringly fast beat tearing through it all. The main problem is the mixdown. Nothing is that clear especially the drums. Theyre lacking any sort of punch at the moment. Anyway good one on the guitar sounds, fucking well good. and some really nice ideas going on. I just think it all needs to be a lot clearer and longer.

Just 0sc3 layer + delay then reverb. Effects and simple synth layers can do alot

yah well if i make a version2 it will be more clear and be made with casual wisom instead of periodic maddness

I definately think that this tune can go somewhere though. I agree with what you say about casual wisdom instead of periodic madness. Im the same. I like to get a lot of ideas down first and the structure/mix them into a tune. Definately do more to this on though. Im likeing what there is so far. Im much more into something experimental than something drab and repetitive. You seem to have the same opinions on dance music as I do, that it is more a medium for exprecing ideas than simply music to dance to. Out of curiostity, when you say Osc3, is that the 3 oscillator synth in FL or something else, youve got some really nice sounds out of it.

yes its just the little 3xOsc that youve all seen before
a simple few wave shapes, lots of envilopes and an arp,
but they key lies in my effect usage and order.
i dunno if version2 of this song will have some of the origonal guitar or not. am already working on v2 and it is turning out to be quite difforent.

Yeah, thought so. Its weird because Id never really bothered with the synth much, but if you spend long enough fidling with it you can get some pukka sounds with it. Ive been using it a lot more recently since it doesnt spank your CPU like absynth and Reaktor do. Make sure you post the 2nd version when its finished, you gotta keep some of the guitar in there. I think its its a really nice tone, or just play it in with a real guitar.

I like the sound of the guitar synth. mind you, Im listening on 10w Fujitsu-Siemens desktop speakers at work. but it has that "big sound" as far as I can hear, getting mesmerized by the drum section which eventualy drowns itself out at times. you need more time and effort put into this. Techdiff was spot on the leght issue, for this kind of groove needs longer buildups / breakdowns if you can call them that way anyway lol. Ill try to get more detailed later
