man this shit ain't but or anything but there's need for vocals
(an personally i prefer neophyte like hardcore with breaks worked into the hardcore here an there(men of steel anyone????) (wich makes it the exact opposite of breakcore don't be mistaking)
anyway not something i'd go listening to all day cuz i believe we've come to a time that we need to be more original (ex. make gabba shizza but try an bring something of urself into that music, fuck it up a little;add ur own personal touch cuz now these tracks just sound like plain old(an rather boring cuz of that) hardcore to me Big Grin

everything gets recycled these days, look at the succes of electro ( 80's all over again...)

in my opinion there have been some great ragga influenced hardcore tracks in the past
my favourites are:
noizer & drokz "hardcore" noizer mix
wedlock "ganjaman"
predator "art attack"
dj dione "rude boy ragga"
trickster "stop the rhythm"
3 da hard way "original rude boyz" oh omar remix
etc...
too bad ruffneck & co went into the direction enzyme represents now,
not my style at all
the newer ragga hardcore is still phat though-->
knifehandchop vs meccaknifehandchop "bounty killer killer" things nuh run we mix
lfo demon "maydayverbot"
and that kind of stuff,
and although it's still 4X4,it doesn't seem to have a lot to do with the hardcore as it was "back then"

yeah well as much as i love hardcore i must say tuning beats sucks ass
i mean come on????listen to that shit an u will realize it's got nothing to do with hardcore
it's just techno by people who found one (mostly) annoying sound that keeps on repeatin' itself , tuning beats sucks ,dj furax sucks , DJ HS sucks, the entire "jump scene" sucks (an that's by the way the name of the tuning beats style)

but still it has little much to do with hardcore
dana's work is nothing compared with what it used to be,
but then again it's just too different to go compare it
hardstyle is pretty acceptable to most people, if i remember correctly it was even included on the main stage of antwerp is burning something like 2 years ago
and whereas hardcore seemed to be divided into hardcore, speedcore & terror,
toffmusic now has seperate sections for hardstyle, and hardcore & terror are put in the same list (and that means hardcore from the chosen few represses to 12" albums with stuff from society suckers and that kind of stuff Shocked

)

this kind of stuff doesn't do it for me anyway

in my own topic, but whatever..

Today at school we had an hour without lesson, and we've got this room where we are allowed to sit then, and there's a cd player...
the guy i was suspecting from being a hardstyle jon from 1/9, proved himself...
dance with the devil anyone? Puke

and he was very proud of his jumpstyle cd from germany, god i laughed at it: started with some german chatter, to then just go bukbukbukbuk for a minute...
and then just adding hats Roll Eyes

, to get to a very annoying hoover line, and some german chatter...and sooo sloooooooooooooooow only 160, what a batty speed Big Grin

btw there's more tunes added to my soundclick page, check it the fuck out...

(forgot about that tune the jon also played: "i'll make u bounce on my dick"... Huh

jump is 140 - 160 bpm
hardtech is 160 - 180 bpm
hardcore is 180 - 200 bpm

and i like the cheezy melodies layerd with some basskicks
, i use them in my new track by the way

minimal melody , maximum bass lol
