yeah he uses shitty satellite speakers. Big Grin
but...if you can get a good mixdown on crap monitors, you can get a good mixdown on anything. eh? eh?

i dont really like the lead. the yo, yo, yo is used too frequently. i like it more when it starts to break down to a more simpler groove at like 0:44, thats some nice sounding original shit. the conga's are fantastic, but i feel like they hold up the tracks coolness factor way too much, and you need to spread the weight around. otherwise, it's really too short to say much more than that.

Not quite

You'll be used to the crappy sound of the bad speakers. When working on the good speakers, you'll be mixing as you would on the bad speakers, fucking up the levels completely.

yea you hve to get used to the new monitoring levels...all the speakers respond different...i tend to check everything in my car, since car speakers are flat and generally resembel the sound of club monitors just on a lower level

snare timing and mix up brings out the step for struttin like a king around the blocks. Has great rhythm with the light blocks in the back givin it swing. Your riffs are always proggressing as ive noticed. This is a great rhythm and tempo that this track carry's. The Intro instantly gets your attention and anyone quickly scanning through tracks will most likely listen to the entire track, held. Your sense of rhythm tells me your definatly a part of what you do, motion bleeds out my speakers. After the intro's ending crash, interest is still maintain'd at maxima to keep the crowd in high momentum, but not quite in a frenzy, i think they would last even having smoked a cig before. This track is great but i would have enjoyed a longer running time.
