 Cubase LE vs SX |

I recently invested in a new soundcard (Emu0404 in case anyone cares) and with it i recieved an ass load of bundled software.. i have yet to try them out because i have *better* versions already on this comp...
now my question ...
is the the sound engine for LE any Different from SX?? ive looked at comparison charts and the only differance i can see is they limit the amount of VSTs, send tracks, and midid channels and audio channels...
its a very trimmed down version of sx
i want to install it i really do but im afraid im gonna loase sound quality... am i being a fuckin tool??

Well you are placed in the ultimate position to answer that question yourself 
Install LE alongside SX and do a direct comparison

i mean this in the best of terms .. you are such a bastard...
no offense but the thought never crossed my mind to do it that way ..
thought there might be a conflict of some sort .. .
cause the sx 3 is a bit "dodgy"

ok so i loaded le its vs 1 so it looks almost completely different but all the keyboard shortcuts are the same ..
everything is the same... sound quality is the same as far as i can tell and now i have access to the steinberg.net/forums.... so lets here for payin gfor software!!!!
sorry... but it works and im gonna use it ..
P delete at will ...

I've heard LE is a perfectly decent substitute for SX for the non-pro user, while SE is really stripped down.

Im not pro.... so this is perfect for me really... at the most i use cubase as a rewire client and not that often tbh. everything i need is right there in reason and i am very comfortable with it for real ...
plus now i can upgrade when the time comes for next to nothing ...
and why risk all the bs that comes with cracked software .... virus, spyware, loggers.
my conciense is so much more comfortable now..

i'd by cubase, it's affordable and quality. but asking 700 dollars for some software is only justafiabl,e when you own captial, and have a payroll, that is considerably more expensive than the program.

Arkitekt got it for free when he bought his soundcard!
And if you don't need to buy a soundcard you can get Cubase SE for only 130 euro. It has all the features you need

I Have Cubase se installed and a copy of le came with my midi interface. Sounds like what you all are saying is I should intall le and remove se, or upgrade to sx. right?
