love is offcourse trusting each other, knowing for yourself that she's the only one that can nag about her problems to you anytime, any place ... and that you would do everything for her, and know that she'd do the same for you

But it comes in many guises, fi I've not had a *real* girlfriend for years (not possible for someone who has a job like mine) but I share an apartment with a really lovely girl who listens to my ramblings and gives me a hug when I really need it...

For me it's love in a very pure form, but I think her boyfriend might think otherwise Big Grin

mmmm , i think most of the things were said here already ; what IS love ?

to me , love is knowing that your bwoi/girlfriend will be there for you no matter what , being able to talk to eachother for hours without silences and even when there are silences , they're not akward or sthg

one of the most important things in a relation is humor in my opinion , without the laughter it would be a sad sad boeltje sometimes ....

thing i look first at in a bwoi is his eyes (prefarably brown Wink

) and also a bit to his shoulders : are they breed enough to protect me when necessary ?

Ihave different visions of what love is.

Sometimes I think that love is the most selfish feeling there is, you wrap a veil of mushy things around it to cover up the fact that you don't want to love, but be loved.

For instance, you're not happy when you love someone but set person doesn't love ya back (we've all been there)

Sometimes I think that love is a pseudo instinct created by nature because we've lost our natural instincts to reproduce, but then how would one explain homosexuality. then being gay would have to do with other things than love.

I know that I love so people unconditionally, they make me smile with out sayin a word, they are the stars that light up my gloomy nights. These are the people I would die for. I've got a girlie friend that I don't see very often any more, but when we see eachother we connect just like that, and to me that's pure love.

Sometimes I think that love is giving without expecting something back.

Sometimes I think a lot of people search for love as a battle against their own insecurities.
