hey,
I am in search of an co-organizer for a range drum and bass-parties in Ghent (possibly the decadance). I work in the weekend for the cultural room "Vooruit" as job-assistent, where I can get (maybe) a room for a cheap price (not shure). Now I study in breda as sparetime-organisator = parties organising . I am years now 19 and have rather much ambition .
I know here someone in The Netherlands who's friend with mc jay therefore that and maybe he'll take along djs... let me know something on this forum or joint me on msn.

first of all thx for translating, i didn't knew this was a international forum.
but in ghent you have a public that listens to dnb, i gave a dnb party in sint niklaas where the dnb is still not so popular, no party's of dnb at all. so i thought that a dnb was a fresh idea there. but when dnb doesnt live in a city the chance of a good party aint so big. thats why i thought of ghent.
keep on your comment guys

I have to agree with Kenshee on this one....already many peeps moving things in Gent imo (maybe even too many at times).
Antwerp isn't such a bad idea. Don't really have regular partys there i think( correct me if i'm wrong here). Been to some succesfull partys myself in Antwerp , so there is a crowd who diggs DNB overthere.

I'd have to follow grey one with Kortrijk in this. First of all, I live there
But also because it's a medium large town, i think the 8th biggest city in Belgium, yet the DnB scene is rather small. I don't think I've ever been to a DnB party in Kortrijk, I always have to take the train to Waregem or Ghent or something, and I know other inhabitants of Kortrijk that do the same. Maybe starting a series of parties can help building up a "scene" or wathever you wanna call it. There are also places enough to organize them, I can even suggest a popular and much-used building, De Kleizaal (which is btw a five-minute walk for me
)
I think there are reasons enoughto organize them in Kortrijk.
