More Information: From humble beginnings in a small Liverpool bar and with the support of it’s many regulars, Gutterfunk has grown into one of North West England’s longest-running and most respected drum and bass events. Renowned for pushing the more alternative, musical sides to drum and bass, Gutterfunk has brought sophistication, maturity and friendliness to it’s events, attracting real party people who love the music for what it is. Join us as we celebrate our 4th Birthday in fine style with very special guest, Q Project. Also known as one half of the mighty Total Science duo, Q Project has clocked up a staggering amount of releases including work for Liquid V, Hospital and Total Science’s own label C.I.A. Q Project is also responsible for the creation of the seminal ‘Champion Sound’, a track that has been re-worked many-a-time by some of the scene’s top producers and has smashed dancelfoors worlwide in all of it’s guises.
Joining Q Project at Gutterfunk will be Belgian trio Krewzader, Axi and MC Mush who are flying in from Ghent where they are resident at the mentalLAB event. Residents Poi, Affray and Suddz MC will be on hand to back up the guests as per usual.
First tune goes on at 9pm. Free Vodka shots on the door, birthday giveaways and the usual crystal clear sound system. GFunk is 4, party time!
