Hmmm, The production is good and the tune works as a hole, none of the parts stand out too much or sound out of place. But this is far too cheesy. Ive got a mate who DJs this sort of stuff every week at a local venue and it is just too much like getting your teeth drilled.. No offense but I just cant stand this stuff at the best of times. The bass line just isnt catchy enough and the hole thing is cliche to the eyeballs. In the nicest possible way, I think you should drop this and start something new. Its cool that your doing something other than DnB, but hair- dresser breakz is not the way. Sorry man.

that ohihat in between hits make this sound detroit-style elektro, along with the cheesio synths
at 1:26 when that bass enters its a whole differnet story tho. I guess that was the breakdown. xcellent vocall sniping effect there! highpassed synth prior to the drop maybe has too much hi end in the start, and looses its grip a bit when the vocals do their thing. only IMO
I liked the break in 1:50 but it doesnt follow the drop idea at all. or Im just takin a piss cause Im not familiar with the styile at all
anyhoo the cheesiness is not that bad imo. its got a sprinkle of dirtynes and darkness in the latter part.. but as a whole I personally dont like it
ditch the vocals and send this to madonna lol

normally i really hate newschool breaks esspecially at a low tempo
but damn man , i kinda liked this one(altough it's only a preview) 
great synth (givesa cool atmo to ur tune
nice vocal sample (1:23--->1:26 that's some fancy shit man)
the bassline comin in at 1:26(simple , calm...but working drop there)
is perfect for the track but needs to be turned up a bit to my opninion
also try puttin some more higher notes in the bassline (like u did at 1:50 that's phat)
nice preview , now work this motherfucker

Did not know you to be a brother with funk and soul! The beats are very nice and punch threw very well. The female vox are sexy as fuck. Like the drop, the synth are nice and have a good distortion. Like the synth alot at 1:50. Nice tune! For what you have this far 10/10 Z
