Well I think it's funny as hell how some people just don't know how to take a shitty review for a track. Well, the reason why I say this is this...I took place in that Acid Planet contest for the Latino Saint/Dj Spyder remix and from time to time I'd browse the AP charts and see what other people were doing with the remix. Sometimes I'd just leave a review explaining to someone why I did or didn't like the track. Well, there was this guy that I gave a 7/10 for his remix entry and explained to him it really didn't sound like drum and bass to me as it had more of a dance feel rather. Well anyways, he came back later today and downrated my shit with a 6/10 saying that I needed to improve my production skills. Well here's the review exactly...

Sounds like a lot of bees........never heard of a proper melody. The sound is also not very clear(bad production).So you are a producer, I hope your skills will Improve..........Do not take it to hard......it is just my opinion..........PEACE !!
LOL, had he taken the time to read the track description where I clearly stated at that time it was only a 22k WMA stream at that time, which, well yeah, what kinda clear production do you expect out of a 22k WMA stream? lol. It just kills me. I know this is a stupid ass topic, but the point of this story is its crazy how some people just dont know how to take criticism and it's sad. And I'll tell you right now, judging by his review he left me, it's aparent he didn't like the fact someone came along and killed his whole 10/10 winning streak. Now you see why Acid Planet has issues. Really sad.
Guess I'm a shitty producer...maybe I should just quit while I'm ahead of myself.

the only thing I like about that site is that you get to have your own page.. with all the tracks you posted.. cool feature
by the looks of the ratings you would say the best producers in the world are gathering there

yeah it's really sad. i mean damn, i dont mean to be a dick about my reviews and im not just plagueing people with shit reviews unless i feel they deserve it. I even try and be as helpful as i can, but sometimes its just really hard to give them what they wanna hear.
actually i was thinking it would be kinda funny if that same guy was a member of the boards here and was some stellar 10 star dj. ooops.

some people are complete idiots.
just think if you're in a group of 30 people and there all told to do one specific task, or instruction, there will be people there that will not understand it no matter how well or how much you tell them.
now you change that to anyone on the internet, and have written instruction's that they have to read themself and you'll barley find more than half of them able enough to comprehend a quater of the shit.
