Putting some reverb on the hovers might improve the sound a bit. While not bad, the drums don't have very much power. Hihats n rides are a bit too straigt.
A sub would add more depth to the track.
Also, the track made me have the feeling that the real drop was still to come the whole time. So the structure of the track could be improved too.
Hope I'm not sounding to negative here, coz I like the ideas in the track, so work on it some more!

Very weird sounding snare, some strange eq going on there...
Also the kick is very much centered on one frequency, like the 808 kick.
Some nice sounds and ideas, but the mixing is not very good, a bit dull sounding, too much bass and an empty feeling in the mid
