Numark CDX One of the companies I work for recently bought two of these. I have checked it out briefly (without turning it on unfortunately) and it has a real platter with a slipmat and vinyl disc attached to it. It feels really natural to spin it around. The main knobs are made of some stiff type of rubber which have a nice feel. It does not seem to support MP3 discs, and lacks a slot for a memory card. It has a section at the top left containing built-in sound effects. Outputs are on stereo rca plugs and coaxial S/PDIF, no XLR outs unfortunately. If some people are interested I could ask to take one home and make a proper review of it, or I could do a head-to-head comparison with the Pioneer CDJ-1000 and the Technics SL-DZ 1200. __ If you find spam on the site, please hit the button and select my name.
