Wow this is some fast paced high octane shit!! 
Generally I like it, especially the fast arpeggios and that small modulated melody in the background. Nice vocal pad too.
Maybe for the piano-like lead melody try using a minor scale? It's a bit too happy for the track IMO and frankly it's getting on my nerves after listening a couple of times.
Structure could use some refinements.
Soundwise it's not bad, considering that you prob made it in ACID. The distortion on the snare drum was bothering me a bit on the first listen, but now I think it's fitting the track actually. In the end there is too much distortion on everything, guess you're overloading your mix buss 
The modulated melody (the one that alternates with the piano) might be louder. I think this melody is great, if it was up to me I'd make this the main element in the mix.
Get that piano melody sorted and throw in a phat hoover and this track will be wicked!!

Agree with mi mate thechronic. That (it's not a piano, it's a variation of the pizzicato sound, sometimes refered to as a razor horn) melody is a bit too happy, but overall the track is nice.
The clipping (or was it plain distortion?) bothered me a bit too. And you got some very low sub going on, that we can't hear, but my monitors do make it visable. Better filter that out.

at first hearing i think the drums should be placed more upfront in the intro, and that the atmospherics in the first minute are too much, maybe if you add some kind of rythmic pattern there, and get the whole thing to calm down a lil 
it's okay, but it hasn't got a real drive imo ... it's just buildup & down ...
i don't really agree on the minor scale usage, it's pretty okay actually, the sound u used @ 3.20 really rocks !!
reminds me of oldskool trance vibes
very neat sounds, drums need some work !, try to get a real drive in there, and build urself a nice structure for the song and resequence it
keep it rollin !
