Nice filtering on the drum's. Sound's like there's a bit to much reverb on the drum's in the intro 1:03-2:04 to be precise. Nice chord's man, Oh there's that reverb again, the vocal sample could use some more of your mad editing it get's a little repeatative after a while but you do change it up here and there, more of that would do the trick. Really unique samples used. Anyway's cheer's for the ear candy, killer track :bigup. Wink ++Stu Maggoo++

Allright , don't drop a vocal on the very first second.
Cool sounds 'n some nice effects. eq that drumkick , cause the layerd hat is too loud imo.
Basskick should be not so punchy for the thing u use it (liquid funk)
Soften it more (eq) or volume it down.
Kinda long track , isn't it? Make it shorter and more structured.

Nice long intro, like the drum patterns and flange. I agree with Greyone, it's has a little to heavy of a kick for liquid. Like the piano. Z 7/10 Z

cool dark intro...kind of reminds me of the long epic intros from metalheadz...nice standard filtering...drums sound alright..kick is relaly thin but since its the intro, it kind of sounds like you wanted that...i liek the way your brought the ghosts in...

lil bass fx come in, but i didnt like the sound of it...but again reminds me of the chilled metalheadz stuff...

progression through the track sounds a lil empty...and bass gets a lil boring...could use a diff sample...and beefier pattern...more rapid hits etc...and then use a sub underneath those empty guitary sounds...

not much changed except for a few new sounds but nothing that really caught my ear...

over all has a older 90's metalheads sound...not really much liquid feel to it...just more of a chilled dark track...kind of liek the stuff DB playe don his cd db10...

I think the over all mix needs to be boosted...use a limiter on your master and comress the drums...-2 threshhold... 2:1 ration, and a gain of 1 db...that will bring the durms out more..also boost the volumes of the other sounds...

And some variations wont go without a miss...

so cool stuff for now..but needs work...keep it up..

Holy steeplejacks!! D-Pitch is back!!!
Welcome back, man, it's been a while... and i still remember VERY well what killertrack you dropped upon us a year ago.

This track has a very personal feeling about it, it blends a couple of different styles of d'n'b into one new hybrid mix: jazzy keys, breaky drums, bizarre bass-stabs. As Surora pointed out, this could very well be on a Metalheadzcompilation.
I like the tiny and continuous variation on the drums and the bass-stabs.
(f.e.: @ 4:54 superb little 'human touch')

I don't think the track's too long, i listened 3 times to it and didn't get bored, it's just smt different than the average dancefloor stuff ~ production'rules'.

Only point: the break suffers from some emptiness (although on the other hand i like it), maybe some delay on the vocal sample to create some vague soundbackground?

And I miss a deep subbas or smt.

Great work, very strong/personal.
