hey man, and where are new folders placed??? i have .exe in my folder with reason and with refills i finded the refill in viewer browse table , i can view and listen sounds there but i havent that unpacked on my HDD

you have to select the ones you want to extract and then click "extract". upon that it will ask you where to place the files...
