Like the intro very much, the Build-Up is great, nice drumline overall ...
Like the fading in and out sound ... gives a cool sphere to it and the synth is mysterious ...
2min.30sec. rocks big time, crazy breaks ...
U used allot of sound effects, nice ...
The outro, cool ... Is that an electric gitar in the back, destortion makes it kinda Metal ...
The first time I hear of you and I must say you're good ...
9.5/10

nice intro, techno techno techno. those drums kick ass.
what a nice sound. The sub adds immensely.
nice build up to drop. drop is... ok i'd put a gap in and/or some vocals before you drop.
the sub bass kicks when it drops low. 3:47 gets a bit hectic, those raging snares (?) are a bit too loud.
all in all a very good tune and well deserved of my first
10/10
its the drums.

Man, another beast!
I thing you've chopped that amen everywhich way it can possibly be chopped. Nicley done. I guess your using two computer's? Since you use fruity and then master in logic. Maybe you use just one comp, just curious? Once again this track is a beast, love the structure, levels are too a tee and the sounds and drum's, crazy shit man! Curious how long you worked on this track? Well time to check out your next track you posted, cheers.++Stu Maggoo++

Really bagin' and the drop is massiv.
The skattyness is also bagin and the kicks really rok.
Like the tittle. Do you know any terrorists? If you do, Do they munch Skat?
Cant fault this tune at all. Bet it goes down well live.

thanks alot.
this track was made entirely in reason 3. i didnt do any post production in logic/soundforge.
since 'buying' reason 3 i havent used the new and apparently pointless mastering effects at all, other than the new compressor which is a vast improvement on the old one but still a bit short of the compression in logic (and even fruity loops)
if u wanna get a nice fat bass tone....try using a scream distortion on the 'tape' setting turn the dmg down 1 notch and the master up a bit and eq the low end.....cracking

i have heard it. it's all around good, nothing sounds shoddy or the like, and even the timing is good. So good, it's entirely unremarkable. It follows form like it was a graffitti artist who uses cardboard cuttouts and just sprays the paint onto the stencil.
but i'm jaded-- i'm a musician, i only really like Squarepusher, and that's because he performed well on his instruments.

interesting point...
i have similar feelings myself having listenend to it several thousand times. its the acid test for any tune if it still sounds remarkable after the n'th listen.
thx for feedback.
whats your views on the later squarepusher releases?

I found myself checking him out in the record shops, and pretty much just scanning through every one of his albums. I must have listened to 2 hours of music in like, 15 minutes or something. Not impressed at all, i'm afraid to say. But i do recognize his ease with the style and some of his stuff is still catchy.
That leads me to an interesting thought: playing an instrument is entirely about energy, like martial arts or painting or something, whereas the fully computerized (including simple keyboards with tweaking pads) musician does not rely on his own energy, but must a) predict that of his audience, and b) build it entirely from pre-recorded material. Many musicians (except for highly trained/experienced ones, like jazz greats and classical pros) will fade drastically after an album or two, since their great sound comes from little more than just the ability to push their energy through their instruments. This may be the case with Squarepusher, who manages the synthesis. He came to town a year or two ago, and all my friends (improv musicians, and three of us were bass players) were not at all impressed. I gave my salutes for his mastery of the instrument (he mostly just kicked some loops from a pad and played along with them using a sample-hold pedal for his bass), he is quite good for his age, but yeah, he looked bored, and so were we.
