some of the vocals seem a lil too loud
and intro kinda drifts, without a real rhythm to it. but that's not too much of a problem really.
beat is nice but the energy of it changes as you layer and um...de-layer different breaks around.
sounds you use in this are pretty cool but it would do good if after a drop, taking out the atmos and leaving just the beat and nice strong distorted bassline, and the vocal saying "strictly drum n' bass". that would be tight.
whole song kinda drifts...there's almost never a part where the beat is really steadily punctual after the beginning...you jus kinda make it drift off and then bring it back up.
good sounds tho
when you use too many of the vocals at once, it's kinda messy
ok when the laugh comes in and the synth pans from ear to ear at the very end, its really random....
ok for the production skills, i'm gonna give an 8/10
but you kno i did have a lotta little problems with it too. hope my advice does ya good.

good tune

i agree with Darkside about lack of drop into bass and beat. the bass at the end should be more heavy throiughout the song.

did you get that strictly dnb sample from breakbeat.co.uk??? sounds like it it is being played over the song if u know what i mean.

It`s kinda messy....
I advice not to use vocals samples at once....
Like the synthy pads and melodies....
Need to vary the beats it doesn`t has any " breath pumping" ...
Good idea so I would rate it 7.5/10

yeh loose the extreme panning on the shouty vox near the beginning..........and is that a copyewritten sample.yknow."this nation rule the nation" is by musical youth......

very messy indeed.....levels are a bit all over the place.dont like your snare sounds, the hit itsample is way to loud.......dont mean to be harsh but the mix is all over the place .......

Cool intro,

your levels are off. you need to layer the fuck out of you drums there way to quiet.

You have some wicked ideas but the mix make it hard to hear .

i think the snares should be louder an more agressive (by that i mean you can't hear em half of the time) the snare should push forward as the song continues
but in this case it goes down.
also the tempo is a bit low.the song 's got great things but it's just to slow to make anyone move according to my opinion
no hard feelings though tastes may differ Wink

yes its slow, 160 exactly but i tried it a little faster an it didnt quite have the same spacey feel and the keyboard riff round the middle seemed too fast at 170 but anyway, old skoool!!!! new skoool!!!! mix it up and thanx for listening.......BLESSED BE .BE AND ALL WHO SAIL ON HER.....
