How could no one here have mentioned the groundbreaking new computer generated anime movie called Appleseed?!?!

Ok, imagine realistic looking 3-d computer generated images, with complete anime shading. It looks JUST like anime.....only 3-d.

Phenomenal premise, maybe a little too short, but an awesome storyline and incredible graphics.

i really like that episode. it's a comic relief from all the DARK DEMONIC AURA DEMON SLAYING SECRET JEWEL SHARDS and flying cats and fox demons and dog demons and freakin lizard demons and all the shit that makes inuyasha so cliche sometimes...but so addictive.

yeah me too but to call them cartoons is silly. The real definition of a cartoon is a sketch that is used to transfer the design to the plaster or canvas. This is preliminary work in fine art.

isn't APPLESEED that one where they got live actors to do the modelling for the movment, than they just layerd it on a anime model, so it has a very nice and natural flow to it, while still being anime.
