Can anyone explaine how this works couse I havn't used it. What do I need? I there any rewire software? Does this only work with reason or can you rewire Fl studio to?

it's used to (as the name says) "wire" a program to other. it basically sends audio from one to the other.

if a program supports it, it will show in the documentation under "features" or something like that.

for fruity to be rewired to reason it's pretty easy. you just choose the option from fruity and reason will start automatically. you then load a file into reason and when you press play in fl the reason synchornises itself to it.. recognises loop points etc.

massive use of rewire (most people do) is to rewire fl or reason to cubase vst, thus getting better quality audio since cubase is what you would say "serious software" compared to the two..

Do I need a rewire-software, or can I just go on rewire my programs that support rewire?

just do that - rewire programs which support it - you don't need any additional software or a third-party program

all the major ones do support, so I don't believe you should have problems with the function..
