The PT Digi002 is now also available in a rack version for a much cheaper price. It has 18 channels of I/O (8 analog 24bit/96kHz - 8 lightpipe - 2 S/PDIF), a MIDI interface, and the superb ProTools LE software included 
For now only for Mac, but Windows version is coming soon.
