Do you have any tips for a computer totally assigned for musicproduction. It should be for electronic music as well as for recording drums with different mics. It should handle Cubase SX, Fl studio, Waves, lotts of plugins..!

2000 euro, just for the PC??
I can get you this:
- very classy aluminum case with plexiglas front
- ASUS A8N-SLI Deluxe mainboard (best one currently on the market)
- AMD Athlon XP 64-bit 4000+ (!)
- 2GB RAM (!)
- Maxtor 160GB HD for software
- 2x Maxtor SATA2 300GB HD in RAID setup for audio
- Plextor PX716A double layer 16x DVD-burner
- Sapphire RX600 PCI-express graphics card
- and all other components (coolers, power supply etc) of the highest low-noise quality
- Windows XP Professional
You'll be able to run hundreds of VST plugins for sure

Not with software... I just want a computer for making music. I've heard about those that are tested with cubase and other programs with two drives, and totally quiet. I'm not sure if I'm in the right priceclass... I'm from sweden. But a quite expensive computer. I'm not going for a cheap computer, but a computer for taking my producing for another level. I hate those clicks an noise that appears when your computer dosent handle all plugins or even when you record.

I wouldn't by a barebone formfactor case. It's really hard to upgrade.

You forgot the most important ingredient: a top notch soundcard!

A 4000+ runs at 2.4Ghz
The current fastest AMD model is the X2 4800+, which also runs at 2.4Ghz

The 4000+ indication means that they are roughly equivalent to a Pentium at 4GHz speed
The AMD's are better designed than the Pentiums, they achieve more at a lower clock speed. People tend to believe in numbers though, so it's just a marketing trick to convince you that a 2.4GHz AMD is the same as a 4GHz Pentium.

ah, like that.
[little bit offtopic]
now, i've been thinking about a €500-€700 pc, is that possible with that AMD Athlon XP 64-bit 4000+ and two harddisks (one 80GB, second one 200GB)?

Depends on what you allready got. If you have like a cd-burner or a soundcard that is still good there is no need to replace them. Also If you have a recent case you can just have the new hardware built in to it. That allready saves some bucks. I guess you can have a decent mainboard, cpu and memory and maybe one harddisk for that price. Prices for graphics cards are very variable to how performant you want them to be. A basic card costs less than 50€, a top gaming card can easily go over 300€.

I guess you can get a good "basic" setup for about 700, It won't be top notch, but it will certainly be paradise compared to the 8 year old one. Maybe thechronic can fix you a nice deal?
