yeah, its funny, Bruges-GBA will be played again for the supercup. If Bruges would have won, they had to play themselves in the supercup

yeah it's Belgian football.
Football. A sport that in Belgium keeps being financially supported in spite of the general low level just because it's such a pillar of the national beer business.
Evidence: Belgium is the only country where the football national championship is not sponsored by a sports brand or such, but by the main local beer brand. hehe
anyway, good for you muphasta. it's always so much fun when your own team wins

hmm not really.. in belgium and england and holland and so beer is more about a sort of cosy togetherness.. goes pretty well with football indeed.
real alcoholics are more slavian people with their vodka and such..

Enlgish football hooliganism is vrtually nonexistant! Its just another case of us getting bashed by the continentals for no reason.
We had a problem and we dealt with it superbly, for which we get no credit at all: on the other hand look at the frigging Italians now! this season theyve had an absolute shitload of crowd pproblems . . . if the English ever had anything like that, we'd be banned from internationals in about five seconds. Germans, Turkish, nearly everyones worse than us nowadays . . . . fucking double standards . . .

yeah broadside you're right, the point is that in southern europe they start to be extremely & openly racist and that's scary.
anyway dutch hooligans.. i dunno if it's true but Rotterdam has a terrible reputation for it !!
