It is illegal to broadcast on any of the official (read: receivable by other people with a radio) radio frequencies without a license though, so that's not really an option. My thoughts exactly, there is no way you will get a new license in Belgium because the entire spectrum is allready over-packed. Only way to get a broadcast is making a deal with some local radio station. And usually they allready have the equipment, so that won't be a problem then. If somehow you can pull it of (some other station just quit, which would be the only possibility i think), you also need a licensed radio technician to setup and maintain all your equipment?
