Please check out my new track 'A Rock Outside that Has Never Known What Temproal Spaces Are Inside Everything But It's Self' and post your comments here!!!
Hope to god this tracks good, i spent a good time making this from the MUNKI C MUNKI DO pack. actually scraped a song or two before settling on this one. everything but the flutish stuff is the pack. the drums , of course, are not.
i had fun making this song, not having fun waiting to render because of all teh effects. but RAM's coming this week
.
don't stay up too late, and always eat yuor vegtables. Poppie did, and he kicks ass.
you know what i give myself a 10, because hoenstly, if i didn't think i deserved it, i wouldn't post this track. subjective votes lead to conflict of truth.

wicked intro, original. Love the short drop. the sample fits perfectly. This track is nuts. the only problem is I think the lead is to dirtorted and over powering. other than that the drum could use a boost. Really good track. nice one

cool intro... hi hats are bit fruity...nice wierd samples
distorted guitar is wicked
detuned to fuck as usual
quite short.. bassline is a bit patchie.. drops dont really do the job
i really like the guitar and the home made drums are cool
sounds a bit mashed up... actually very mashed in places
i duno 7.5 - 1( for giving your self 5
)

intro tune comes in a bit soonn, I would have let the ambience go on for a bit longer, cool weird samples! I love that distortion it sounds really abrasive & nasty - me like
As with all your tunes dude - I really your original & unconventional approach, this one almost has a aphex twin type feel to it something off classics maybe.
The melody at 3.18 is cool as fuck I love the way the same sound is playing before that but then it becomes prominent & everything else takes a back seat. Goes nicely into the next change but ended a little to abrubtly for my liking, the track already has quite an epic feel to it so a little more length wouldnt hurt.
Overall another wicked track from you mate - keep it up! stay true to your originality & you'll do well

these are all the reece samples form munki pack, i guess this is the submition for the compo, but don't know how to actually announce that.
thanks guys, i don't try to write long ass tunes that go on for 5 minutes, i am more rock orientated, and go for that quick 3 minutes songs. and the guitar sounding basslines
i just like the speed and drums of dnb, not as simple as live drums for rock. ... more industrial.
thanks all i really appreciate, try to review yours more now.

cool sounds in the intro...but i i think your droped your bassy sounds and breaks too early...run your intro out a little more before you drop that stuff...
ok actuall drop... i think there is too muich distortion on teh main sounds imo...
and the melody you play with your distorted stabs is pretty odd....
and there really isnt any build up to the madness
...some good ideas behind all these...but you have melodies all over the place, and theyre some really odd notes yorue playing...which is good cause its original but there is sno catchy melody that im remembering ya know...
As for the drums...the programming was fine but hte eq'ing ws horrid...there is no punch to teh drums what so ever... boost your kick at 90-110hz 2 db and your snare at 500hz...this should liven up those breaks a bit...also at some compression...
but the entire song was chaos...had no realy structure or flow..which took away from my listen...big ups for the song though...
keep it up...
i give tis a 6/10 it needs ample work...and just doesnt fit into my style range
big ups

intro : nice string , hits n ride's R very good , bass gets too early --Xpected a buildup
drop: distorted bass is nice compressed ! drums a bit empty , vocal ok , psycho synth doesnt fit on bass,
break: real fine but a buildup is missing again.
2nd drop: melody off bassline is nice but bassline itself could be filterd now.
Outro:...?
cool track but fill up those drums and filter that bassline...

interesting intro.......i would have dragged it out a bit longer though.
im not really sure about crushfucks comparison to aphex, but it is different. l like what u did with the samples......those bits u used on the intro were made in absynth, part of a sound design thing i idid.....i like the reverb/delay thing youve done with em
cool, but not really my cup of tea. sorry to be so vague but im pushed for time.
oh and good title for the track, but no one would sign it....it would cost to much to print it on the sleeve

Bassline is very in your face, but sounds a bit too digital for my taste. It doen't really go with that pad from the intro imo.
Drums seem quite nice, but they should be more up front
Bass going into overdrive, making it sound more like a guitar. It quite overpowers everything, but it's seriously lacking bass...
Don't like the melody that starts at 2.10. Dunno why, it just sucks imo.
The new sound that comes in at 2.32 and follows the bassline is completely out of key.
The part that starts at 3.51 really sounds like rock
Dunno man. Structure is quite good, but I'm not fond of the sounds or the melodies. But the EQing and levels aren't good, thats for sure.

No, rock, not a rock. Thus meaning: the music style

Don't like the ticks in the intro ... love when the shit starts to hit ... EVIL man !
I love it when a nog is noizy and kicking ... yours is very noizy but not really kickin I must say
there's a lot of noize but I hear no kick, almost no snare ... and surely no hihat, its just not BANGING like the chill part at 1.45 ... like a guitar at sometimes ...
I like your noizy sound but not the rest, volume up for the drumparts dude, only then the shit will be BANG BANG BANG, I don't really hear the drum'n'bass part in your song ...
5/10
