In Cool Pro you can just select the part you want to loop, go to wave properties and add a loop section there, it will take your selection starts and end as loop starts and end

yea... that is how i feel when making my music. just, i usually don't care.
but these damn loop points thingy, has bugged me since i first started fruity loops 5 years ago.
