there's a slight overlapping with certain drumsounds in the beginning, fix that
the intro could use some variation as well
drop ==> amen's/breaks and hiphopvox samples do their job quite well, triggers the 'renegade hardware' in my head-vibe.
breakdown: basses are nice
Some deep/better eq'd subs could finish the job here maybe.
But very nice track, dancefloor action.

intro : that drone-sound is a bit too loud ( or not compressed) , voice sample ok , drumrolls could be more layerd.
drop : Nice , very cool , but sample's a bit overused , phat style Yo ! Bigup
break : nice FX 'n buildup ( fuck that bassline's so great !)
2nd drop: yet better than the first one , massive , very impressive breaks between.

Question ; how d'you get those drums so nice 'n perfect and with so much variation ?? did you work with Fruity ?

first beat is kinda messy and the drone is deff. too loud, but cool. it's also kinda repetitive. airy sweep is nice, opens up the mix. wicked bassline, and the amen is sliced pretty well. pretty nice break down. maybe you could do a lil more somethin with those snares that you play along with the bassline. seems like some of the "stop" sections of your start-stop structure are too quiet and lose the vibe. only two of em or so are like that tho. u keep the beat very interesting throughout, nice work on that! pretty cool track man, 6/10.

Fat crispy intro but I think the interference/cutting out that Soi described might be caused by overuse of compression - only think so 'cause it happened to me. That bass drum is killer (comes in at 0:5Cool - is that a programmed beat or a loop (I'd love to get my hands on that bd!). Now, with this intro - I though I was in for a techy neuro track, but then a quick no bullshit filter and baaaammmmmnn - huge bloody drop - and the tension pause at 1:32 peeled the skin off the back of my neck - f**kin' eh! this track is killer! Rinse Love the rolls varitations (the double stop is used a bit too much maybe) - and the evol rolls are deadly - how exactly are you doing those? The pitched up amen clips sound awesome (I tried a few of those on None would escape - thanks for the review). No major changeups as this progresses which is good - it just keeps pounding along at that first killer theme with subtle (and time consuming I bet) changes. A couple of them get used a bit much but only a minor criticism. You can hear the nice reverb on the snare at the end. Awesome track!! I'll have this on regular rotation for sure! 4.5/5 (or 9/10)

also, dont forget to quantise the slices so they sit together perfectly before you rearrange. in the piano roll press ctr+q to snap your slice to the current setting in the snap selector.

have fun Smile

i fixed the overlap thing, its a drum in the vocal sample.. bit lazy on the intro i guess

sent you that break Nosrac Wink and cheers for the review Big Grin

those double stops are gone.. they do break the flow Puke

i got the idea of the evol rolls off surya's last track. just repeating the first 2 hits after the snane in the firefight break.. sounded wicked

Intro is quite nice. The vocal sounds a bit dry...

Amen drop is quite heavy Big Grin

Some nice evol edits, quite good Smile

Nice shit, but a second bassline to give some nice switches would have been welcome Wink

Overall the low end of the track could use a boost.
There's a tad too much reverb on the beats imo.

like the start, the drums chitter along smoothly.
maybe a long delay on the vocals there would be cool, give them a lingering effect without smearing them.

amen. wicked bassline. crank it a bit louder on the high end.

i like the drums, the drill nicly sometimes.
the ambiet alarms really pullse.. bit boring sometimes. but that bassline is nice sounds like one of Baunz basslines. just shorter and stabier, want to hear it played out for a bit longer, and hear what is sounds like in a nice long hit.

YEA chaning drum sounds, that was nice.. an akuma i presume.

the rest is solid.

This a constructive yet brutally honest review of your tune: The Way.

Nice intro,
Good first drop, creeper break comes in cool!

Good use of break samples, like the switches with breaks on turnarounds.
Nice grimey b lines.

The vocals could do with a bit of stretchin out maybe instead of snappin in & out
maybe buildin logarithms with them, filterin down & up,
or just addin a bit of delay.

On the whole a good job, good sonic (mix) quality, nice & loud but not o.t.t.
Youv'e put the work in!
On this basis I gonna score this an 8 out of ten.
Not the perfect producer myself but Ive been at it long enough to know the ropes!
Keep it up.

Dubcupboard.
