If you want to learn how to scratch, consult a hiphop dj. Most of them have some great scratching skills

I've had 2 courses in a nearby youth house, organised by 5voor12. Guess you'll have 2 be lucky, I don't think that there is a place where you can always go to follow scratchlessons.
You can check out this to see how it all works, way out of reach tho, but just to see what you're going for Wink
For the rest: try try try, them skillz don't come quick!!!

mixing & scratching has to come from the soul damnit. no course can give u soul.

--edit talent & practise are the only things that'll get u there imo

Ok, I have to admit that Hoodratt is right about where it has to come from, BUT, there's never been anything wrong with passin' and spreadin' knowledge you know!!! I mean, that's the way humanity is capable of evolvin'...
Most cat's these days start off trashin' the needles based on a natural feelin' but most of them exchange tips and tricks, and/or follow workshops and such...

Don't know where you're from machakil but MuziekOdrooM/ DJ-lab do organize such courses and they also go on location with it.
Go to www.muziekodroom.be then to Dj-lab in the down right corner and the to scratching. There's a course zat 17-05-2003. Just a tip...
