well you can do editing before you get int he studio... even eq'ing.
but ya pro tools rocks because of the high quality of sounds and effects, i hear. they use all the big name software that is mostly dedicated DSP that use convultions and shit. like stuff you cannot download, it's so expensive.
but this is the halph-price talking about how to get stuff cheep
if you can't get it it either sucks or it rocks. just a 729 pounds for ReVibe for pro tools.
