k, one time i saw this web site were you could download loops from songs that these dudes made,
then you would make ur remix and if they thought it was good enough then theyd market it and give you half of the $$$.
atleast thats what it said anyways, at the site...
i forgot were that site was now... does anyone here know were a site or place like that is on the web?
anyone here know of any place were peeps can do that sort of thing? cause id like to try somthing like that out among other things.
thanks in advance for any helps.

Never heard of anything like that.
I've heard of doing remixes for fun, possibly even a dubplate or free merchandise or something......but never a cut of the profits made from it. That almost sounds like a scam to me.

acidplanet gets samplepacks and hosts contests from top artists. and you get either cash prizes or merchandise from their labels, and such. but not half the profits, that's nuts.

Normally if you do a remix, you get either a flat fee, or a percentage of the publishing...
