2000 saw the release of ADF's third offering 'Community Music' named after the place where it all began! This album boasted a myriad of sounds, which highlighted the ethnically mixed public and included the addition of strings and brass. It proved far more leftfield than the band's previous works but was still welcomed across the globe.

'La Haine' was the original soundtrack composed by Asian Dub Foundation and displayed an enchanting musical facet to the band, which was sometimes overshadowed by their own political stance. They performed music from the soundtrack at the Barbican in London to great critical acclaim.
