edit: I need to see how to do the hihats, where to distort it, and especially that piece after your snare..

And what genre? Coz double droppers have different drum structure from lets say neurofunk or jump up...

I make a copy of it, make it shorter and turn down the velocity a lot, varying a bit for every ghost hit.

i don't usually make drum loops, just take a drum loop and layer it with what drum sound should go there.

but i think i can help you out, i just need some time to find the right drums etup document.
