One of my older remixes. I started this track in summer 2001 but finished it year later. It was hard process because I had this vision how it should sound but I just couldn't get sounds right. Mastering was also a bitch. So much drums, percussions and basses all kicking loud and low. Still today when I listened it I was as happy as I was during the time I mastered it.

There are no samples from original track. Everything is recreated and played by me. This is something like breaks with trance flavors... Jay Fish Style...

Hope you like it. At least I haven't heard original track mixed like this. Please let me know what YOU think about it.

Quite well produced, but this is not DnB. It's too slow, it hasn't got the groove of a DnB track, there's no bassline to speak of (ingredient nr 1, together with the drums, no?).

I would call this breakbeat trance or something.

Just one more thing: the hihats are - awtch - too loud.

I think you'r right. This is way more breaks than DnB.

That HH has pretty important role and I think the loudness of it depends on listener. Maybe little bit but I usually don't tweak my old works and this is 3 years old.

Always preciate feedback from DnB master like you Big Grin

Bass is quite strange for me. Despite it the track is pretty well in its entirety.
