Anyone who can help?
Searchin for the origin/artist appearing on a hard/techstep track
(around 1998 –1999) which includes a killer (male)vocal sample
on break/dropdown parts:
“WE HAVE TO SEE! ... WE HAVE TO KNOW!!”
Heard it first time (mixed) way back then.. never could trace it’s origin.
