Please check out my new track 'Sheddim' and post your comments here!!!
Im pretty much a newbie to producing & this is one of the first tracks i've been happy enough with to post on the site. Id be very grateful for any feedback on what you like (if anything) or what you dont like bout tha track. For the producers - any tips would be sweeeet!!!
and thanks to Dave Akuma for the Shinobu break downloaded from the site, which I chopped up in Recycle , layered & re-sequenced. This track was made entirely in Logic with the help of a few VSTs. (mainly Synapse Junglist).
Peace!

Nice track. Like the bass, deffo like the beats, like the samples (hehe bet you felt stupid having to record that shit yourself
) And cool sounds!
Basically sort of minimalist and atmospheric, so not exactly my standard dnb cuppa, but mate, it sounds real professional, so respect to ya!

I was a little worried when doing the nasty shouty screaming thing in case the neighbours thought I was getting murdered or something & called the cops!

Nice track
I like the fact u use your sounds quite minimally, alot of producers tend to over do it.
You leave good space for other elements to come thru.
Like the drums. Maybe a little more variety for this kind of track.
The high screech samples a seem a little loud and could sit in the track a little better, maybe panning them from left to right to create space.
Just a thought.
But overall I like

seems like something is missing.. like there's something is about to happen but it doesn't happen... Some weird structure in the beginning..
I like the ravy sounds though

nice sample.
ya, the rewind is not used often, it's like the reverse cymbal, good to wrap something up.
good tune.
maybe add a bit of reverb to give the snares some stero image. or the atmospheric stuff.
that's the only aspect i can really tell you for help.
i like this shit man, it's wicked.

Very cool voca!!!
Drums are good too.
Atmo in the intro is a bit noisy though, maybe BP it?
Drop: ok bassline, although a pumping one could be cooler imo. A bit too loud too.
Hoover like pad is ok, but drowns a bit in the mix.
Structure is quite good too, enough variation.
Wickid sound before the second drop.
Quite nice, but I think you could do some more intresting things with the bassline.
2.75/5 for the track
2.25/5 for the sound

this is a good song, it has depth defo! cool samples (vocals) , it feels like the terror from it is grinding the room down from the ceiling,,
good sound picture, full 3d
it feels the tune could use more serious approach tho..at 1:19 it could have 1 more melody added perhaps, dunno
very cool track, like the slow part & the reverse drums n cymbal AND the sound in the 4th minute!!
just the tune needs more workout othrwise a good 1
cheers
