i think mine's broke 
he wont recharge the battery, and recording is also almost impossible, since it constantly just out of sudden stops.
Im suspeting the 'stop' button, since you need to press that one to start recharching, but also to stop it.
Also when u just play a md it it just sudden, stops, but when u tick a lil' around the stop button, it'll play on till you want it to stop, or until the end of the md.
And for the recording it's also obvious, if it stops?
