This has got soundtrack written all over it. Most'def sounds like something I'd hear in a chase scene for a movie. As far as Drum and Bass goes it doesn't sound conventional. There's alot of focus on the drumz which I think is cool, but there's very little to say for a bassline. Working to make the drops more dramacitic would be cool. I wouldn't think of this as dance floor dnb, but I don't think all dnb needs to be. For alot it you have a kick on every quarter note, like house. I can tell you're using it for a build up effect but I feel it give's it less dnb sound, and more a general electronica feel. I guess it all depends on what kind of sound you're going for, if you want it to sound like dnb, make it more break based.

that kick is too loud.
the bass is just muddle, there's no thing more than just something souping in the sub's really. it just drags all the power out of the track.
it does have the dance feel to it, there's no real swing to the drums. and there's not any bassline. just sub rumble!
the 3.00 was kinda nice sound.
cool vocals, works nicly all delayed like that.
if you can get something to fallow up to it, the second time around instead of a repeat, it would add variety.

Nice opening sample and the lingering static adds a really cool atmos until 0:48 and when it goes away it exagerates the beat - tightening it up. Like the old 808 toms in this intro too. Very cool rolls at 1:10 -sound really rich and organic. 1:55 seems to be a bit of a drop, although I realize that this tune doesn't have that standard build/drop structure. Nonetheless, it could use a bit more of a build - whoa, wait the build I'm waiting for comes soon after with the horn hits. The hit right at 2:56 is really heavy, clear and big - I think you should use this more often, or even as a theme throughout. Unique style to this and I can see why people aren't hearing it as dnb - but I like it very much for the clean, rolling, style of tune it is. However, people expecting to hear aggressive drums and blaring bass may be a bit harsh with their reviews. Good structure overall - it seems to build and build then break like a wave several times. Really like the outro. Nice sounds, well put together and an excellent first post for sure! Try using a big sub, a bit more punch in the drums (ex. layer a few snares together to make it more destinct) and perhaps a crunchier sound in your mids (your highs are fine), and you will have a bunch more dnb heads on board - but that's only if that's what your going for. a high 3/5. Looking forward to the next music conference bro!

Ew, BAD soundquality
It's really hard for me to listen to a track at this quality since everything sounds so muddy and stuff...
Seems like a nice dark track though...
Post a higher quality version (48lbps is extremely low, no?) and I'll give a proper review!

It ain't really what you call dancefloor DnB. But I think it's nice to chill out with.
The flute(±3.50) is very nice like the vocals.
Pitty there ain't really a bass.
Feels like a bunch of dancin' indians, which ain't bad.

Allright. I like the vocals but i didn`t liked that there was no baseline. I like the percusion and its variations. It isn`t dull it is interesting something like chill out. If i had to rate this from 1-10 i would rate it 7

Great track! This has the potential of being a great bongo roller, it just needs some bongo's ripping away in the background. Nice effect's on the drums. The track does seem to get quiet at parts? 2:56 is insane it does sound like a real drummer smashing away. Very phat indeed! Cheers and thank's for the ear candy.
