Please check out my new track 'KR4TOR (.44 calibre Freq. REVISED)' and post your comments here!!!
Dont know if many people remember this track, but it was actually niminated for track of the month, and had some extremely stuff competition, and well it didnt win...There were a lot of comments about drums and etc...So IN this version, i have choped up some amens, and tramens, and use them, as well as i filtered them, along with the main bass riff... This is genereally the same track and the structure has not changed...so if you have enjyoed the first one, be sure to check out this one!!!...
Enjoy!!!!!!

Big up's Man THis's a hot tune! You definately had the DJ in mind with the structure. Sound's clean, good levels. The whole thing rolls together nicely. The subtle use of vox, and gunshot samps really added depth to it. I really enjoyed this one

(listened to it in headphones)
This is indeed a sweet tune. The drums are nice and crisp. Perhaps the hi hat could use some more power( not that its bad). The layering works well, however there is a clear distiction between the amen and the one shots, but thats probably intended. Maybe u need more varied amen patterns as well...
I like the sound of the metalic pad that u got going, however it seems to just play one note all the time...
The same happens with the bass (i'm talking about number 036 from surya's bass pack) cant blame u though, that bass is really hard to tame...
The other bass sounds are very good though and fit in very nicely, bear in mind my headphones have a distorted response(esp to bass)
Overall the track is well produced and mastered.
keep em coming...

wow! nice work
i'd say only one bad thing about it, it seems a little cluttered with too many different sounds at time, especially after the first drop, but apart from that nice mix, although i think the drums maybe a bit thin.. or not enough distortion or something, compared to the bass and the reece(?) sounds
very very good track 4.5/5 keep it up man u going places!

Bah yet again he comes up with an awesome structure to a tune. You get the change in pace spot on every time. GIVE ME YOUR SKILLLSSSS....
cough
Love the Matrix sample, works perfectly in the tune. I think maby the crunchy distorted synth is perhaps a little too crunchy.... maby could use a harsher snare, something with more of a snap, to the main drum pattern... other than that top track!
keep them coming...
my rating?

Nice intro, but the "Dodge this" should be a bit louder while the gunshot shouldn't be that loud.
Nice teasing with the distorted bassline
Drop: that kind of bassline and stuff makes one expect heavyer drums, no?
Ah, there they are, bring them in right a the drop man, really!
Sub seems a bit too loud if I'm right.
Very nice basis, but gets a bit too repetetive after a while. Try doing some unexpected variations with the reece after the second half?
2.5/5 for the track
2.25/5 for the sound
