Lol, well, they don't have that in the US of A offcourse, everybody there uses .com or smthing... but the .be domain is the extention for sites from Belgium... Like .co.uk for the UK, .nl for the Netherlands, .fr for France... It's no use getting a .com if you're just a local shop...
