very strange sounding bass in the intro. dont really know if i like it.
I get this comment often too, and justified off course, but the beats sound bit too mechanical. some ideas are very good but others sound to lo fi. when the little bridge ends, beats just roll back in. announce them IMO. you def. need more high sounding atmosphere, more contrasting melodies, and expansion of the whole picture. the overal sounds is a bit too clean too, you get no feeling of where to be.
variate in some breaks more. I think you have some work here and there left!!!
hope i'm not being too harsh!!
2/5
cheers

kinda weird steppa beat, the envelope on the 'bass' is a bit strange....quite catchy though.....the eighties (eastenders) style synth drums are cool........ dont take this the wrong way but fruity loops has never really done it for, something about the sound, so my only advice would be invest in some better software, reason, cubase sx and some plug ins, i know its easier said than done but you can program so why not save some cash instead of going down the pub (or whatever u spend your cash on)

fl, does have a dull sound to it.
i actually saw a questiona bout it in a magazine, why fl has a dull sound that sounds kinda phat and reason's got more of a sparkle to it.
at 1.10 that kick sound get's distorted by the bassline or something... you shuld probly check into that a bit...
you got a very flat rhythem to it all, the melodies are a note ever bar. more or less.

nice beat. interesting noises. i think u should pay with the melody a bit more, its too simple. the drums could use some variations as well.
nice start.

Intro: quite punchy drums, quite good. Bassline is lame though.
Hmmm, every time the sub booms, the sound clips. The sub is a bit too loud and you rendered the song a bit too loud.
The wobble that comes in @ 1.20 is nice but should have some low-end to it.
About the structure: sounds like you made a few themes and threw those together. The only thing making it sound a bit like it belong together are the drums which don't change (maybe they should change a bit). Doesn't sound really consistend, just some themes alternating...
1.5/5 for the track
1.75/5 for the sound

There's is something "spazzy" about the way the velocity hits on this drum loop - but that could be easily fixed (I think its the double snare at the end of each 4/4 bar). Not a great and or typical DnB snare sound to either but some very nice sounds here nonetheless - very clear - bass volume pulse should be removed or at least the intensity should be lowered. Some drum variation as well. Background atmos sound really nice and full.

Imo, drum are put forward a bit too much, and that make the tune a bit to repeative! Nosrac is probably right about the double snare that comes evry 4/4, try to do it on a /16 basis step lenght, will be better i think. Basse and sub are not so present, like the stuc tho....
